Important Information for Our Clinic
- There are no refunds if your appointment is not cancelled at a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled drop off
- No Call/No Shows will result in forfeit of your appointment, with no refund
- Absolutely no food is to be given to the cat after 8:00 pm the night before surgery for the safety of your cat. Any violations of this rule will result in forfeit of your appointment, with no refund. If there is food in the carrier with your cat at time of drop off, surgery will not be performed, and your appointment will be cancelled, with no refund
- Each cat must be in its own carrier - we highly reccomend hard carriers as they are easier to clean - with a towel/blanket inside. Carriers must be intact with appropriate locking mechanisms.
- Failure to contain your cat prior to drop off time will result in forfeiture of your appointment, with no refund
- You must let us know if your cat is difficult to handle at time of drop off
After Surgery
We give clinic clients on pick up, the discharge paperwork and information for the microchip. We put all the information provided in the microchip for our clients, so they will not have to worry about completing it themselves.
We go over recovery, and recommend the best ways for your kitty to wake up comfortably in their home after the anesthesia.
